Product introduction of Anionic Polyacrylamide Powder APAM Flocculant:
There are many kinds of APAM flocculant, the difference are in its molecular weight and anionic degree. Anionic powder flocculant APAM are always used for wastewater treatment and oily sludge treatment.Flocculant APAM powder is a chemical additive widely used in plants&oil field.
Anionic polyacrylamide APAM is a powdery substance made from polyacrylamide (Polyacrylamide) after anionization treatment. The chemical formula of polyacrylamide anionic is (C3H5NO)n and its appearance is white powder. The solid content of anionic polyacrylamide flocculant is 90%, the molecular weight is 12~14, the density (25°C) is 0.75g/cm3, and the pH value (1 % aqueous solution) is 6~8.
Due to the requirements of international environmental protection policies, the international oil-water separation market reagents have grown greatly. Our technical team visited the West Asian customer (Kuwait) in May 2023 and carried out oil-water separation tests using polyacrylamide at the site of the customer's company, achieving breakthrough test results.
1. For different types of oily sewage, our technical team uses different cationic polyacrylamide for comparative tests;
2. Determine to use 60% cationic polyacrylamide with polyaluminum chloride, test the selection of formula and treatment process.
