Jar test about nonionic polyacrylamide and APAM powder:

1) Preliminary selection of molecular weight range of PAM wastewater chemical powder: You can first select several APAM for wastewater pretreatment polymer with different molecular weights, such as APAM for wastewater pretreatment products with molecular weights of 8 million, 12 million, 16 million, 20 million, etc.

By adjusting the gradient of the molecular weight of wastewater APAM (such as a difference of 1 million or 2 million), repeat the above experimental steps and finally determine the molecular weight of the wastewater APAM most suitable for this sewage. 


5) Consider the influence of the charge density of APAM powder : If it is found in the preliminary experiment that the optimal treatment effect cannot be achieved only by the selection of molecular weight Wastewater APAM, or the nature of the sewage is relatively special (such as containing more pollutants with specific charges), at this time, it can be considered to further test APAM powder with different charge densities.
