Polyacrylamide emulsion

Polyacrylamide emulsion is a form of milky polymer which is divided into two types of products: anionic emulsion flocculant and cationic emulsion flocculant. As a liquid polymer, it has unique characteristics compared to the powder polymer and at the same time, it also has many advantages: 

1.The structure of polyacrylamide emulsion is unique and it is a form of cross-linked polymer. Especially, for cationic liquid flocculant, the performance of good filtration is very good in the dewatering process.

2. The friendly working environment is another advantage of polyacrylamide emulsion. No dust is very essential for the workers.

3. Good dilution is a key aspect for polyacrylamide emulsion. It takes only almost 20 minutes for complete dilution.

The dissolution rate of polyacrylamide emulsion is relatively fast. Generally, it only takes about 20 minutes to be completely dissolved. Compared to powder polyacrylamide, it doesn't need to go through the drying process, which saves production time and costs to a certain extent. The dissolution process of cationic liquid flocculant(anionic liquid flocculant) is relatively simple and it can be prepared and used immediately, bringing great convenience to practical applications. For example, in some scenarios that require rapid sewage treatment, it can be put into use quickly to improve work efficiency. At the same time, there is no problem in storing it at a temperature around 30℃ and it can be preserved for half a year, which also provides certain flexibility for storage and transportation. 

 As a perfect polymer, polyacrylamide emulsion also has many functions in the oilfield. 

1. Anionic emulsion flocculant is a type of drag reducer in the fracturing fluid.

2. Cationic emulsion flocculant is a type of acid thickener in the oilfield.
