Copolymer polyacrylamide CPAM is a kind of multifunctional oilfield chemicals PAM polyacrylamide oilfield treatment agent, which is widely used in various processes of oil exploitation.
The aqueous solution of polyacrylamide emulsion copolymer for oilfield has relatively high viscosity and has good thickening, flocculation and rheological regulation effects and can be used as an oil displacement agent and a drilling mud regulator.
In the middle and later stages of oil exploitation, by injecting an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, the oil-water flow rate ratio can be improved and the crude oil recovery rate can be enhanced.
In the sludge dewatering process, cationic PAM is necessary to select copolymer polyacrylamide CPAM with a relatively high molecular weight and a moderate ionic degree to improve the dewatering efficiency;in the coagulation sedimentation process, it is necessary to select copolymer polyacrylamide CPAM with a lower molecular weight and a higher ionic degree to improve the coagulation effect.
Polyacrylamide emulsion for oilfield has a good performance in dewatering machine which depends on diffierent type of machine. Before dewatering, it is necessary to have a jar test.
