There are several main ways to treat sewage use polyamine in water treatment:

1.Direct addition

Prepare 50% content polyamine product into a solution of a certain concentration and add it to the water to be treated by a metering pump or direct pouring. During the addition process, it is necessary to determine the appropriate dosage according to the water quality and treatment requirements. For example, in sewage use polyamine treatment, the chemical polyamine 50% solution can be added to the aeration tank or the secondary sedimentation tank, fully mixed with the sewage and play the role of flocculation and precipitation.

2. Online mixing

Use equipment such as pipeline mixers or static mixers to mix the chemical polyamine 50% solution with the water to be treated online in the pipeline. This method can quickly and evenly mix 50% content polyamine and water, improving the water treatment polyamine effect.

3. Batch treatment

For some small water treatment systems or special water quality treatment, batch sewage use polyamine treatment can be used. That is a certain amount of water to be treated is placed in a container, an appropriate amount of  water treatment polyamine solution is added and the treatment is carried out after stirring evenly. After the chemical polyamine for water treatment is completed, the treated water is discharged and the next batch of treatment is carried out.

4. To treat sewage use polyamine in combination with other agents

The chemical polyamine 50% can be used in combination with other water treatment agents to exert synergistic effects and improve water treatment polyamine effects. For example, 50% content polyamine product can be used in combination with inorganic flocculants (such as polyaluminium chloride, ferric sulfate, etc.) to enhance the flocculation effect; they can also be used in combination with corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, etc to improve the comprehensive performance of circulating cooling water treatment.
