Industrial polyamine synthesis have important applications in the field of sewage treatment, mainly reflected in the following:
1.Flocculation and removal of suspended particles Synthetic Polyamine have cationic properties and can neutralize negatively charged suspended particles in sewage, destabilizing them and causing them to aggregate with each other to form larger particle flocs. These flocs are easy to precipitate or be separated from the sewage through methods such as filtration. For example, in the pretreatment stage of a municipal sewage treatment plant, synthetic polyamine can help remove suspended particles such as silt and clay in the sewage, reducing the load of subsequent treatment units. Synthetic polyamine in water treatmnet can be used as sludge dewatering agents, by changing the surface properties and structure of sludge particles, reducing the specific resistance of the sludge and improving the dewatering efficiency of the sludge. For example, in the sludge treatment unit of a municipal sewage treatment plant, after adding polyamine in water treatment, the moisture in the sludge can be more easily extruded, thereby reducing the moisture content of the sludge.
For some industrial sludge, such as food processing sludge and chemical sludge, the dewatering effect of polyamine is more significant. It can destroy the colloidal structure of the sludge, release the bound water therein, and make the sludge more prone to dewatering.
